The complete WasteSolver system eliminates the nuisance of manure handling, reduces labor costs and extends equipment life. The WasteSolver automated system uses proprietary and proven hydro-cyclone separation, and a natural process similar to pasteurization. The process is a low cost alternative to row compost, and it is friendlier to the environment. The WasteSolver process separates sand and liquids, including dissolved salts, from manure solids – leaving dry, clean, bedding material that has a soft uniform consistency. Aerated liquids are returned to the lagoon and clean solids eliminate bedding costs. WasteSolver bedding can improve cow comfort and it has been shown to be equal to sand in somatic cell counts in real conditions on large production dairies.
